DESCRIPTION:È in programma sabato 13 giugno nel centro storico di Torrita di Siena (SI) la seconda edizione di Fermento – Birra e formaggio\, manifestazione che unisce due delle più grandi invenzioni alimentari dell’uomo. Nello stesso contesto saranno presenti\, uno accanto all’altro\, produttori di birra e di formaggio. Al momento i birrifici annunciati sono White Tree\, Birrificio Saragiolino e Ad Meata\, ma presumibilmente altri saranno svelati nei prossimi giorni. L’iniziativa propone due modalità di degustazione: una itinerante con un coupon per gli assaggi liberi e una guidata\, ossia un percorso approfondito su prenotazione.
