DESCRIPTION:Per la serie “Italia a sorsi” di Formazione Birra\, mercoledì 20 novembre si terrà un nuovo appuntamento online dedicato all’abbinamento tra formaggi e birra\, con ospite il Birrificio Rurale (sito web). Tra racconti della tradizione\, tecniche produttive e prove d’abbinamento\, ci inoltreremo in questo affascinante argomento assieme ad una guida d’eccezione: Beppe Serafini\, maestro assaggiatore ONAF e socio fondatore del birrificio Rurale. Durante l’evento\, che si terrà in aula virtuale\, saranno assaggiate tre birre in abbinamento a due formaggi\, che gli iscritti riceveranno tramite una tasting box acquistabile sul sito del distributore. \nLa tasting box sarà così composta: \n\n1 bottiglia di Castigamatt\, da 33 cl\n1 bottiglia di Seta\, da 33 cl\n1 bottiglia di Triple Pepper\, da 33 cl\n300 gr di Furmag del Fen del Caseificio La Bottera di Morozzo (CN)\n250 gr di Blu di Morozzo del Caseificio La Bottera di Morozzo (CN)\n\nIl prezzo della tasting box è di € 37 e comprende le spese della spedizione.
