DESCRIPTION:Conto tondo per Acido Acida\, importante manifestazione birraria di Ferrara che quest’anno giunge alla sua decima edizione. Da giovedì 31 agosto a domenica 3 settembre il suggestivo chiostro di Santa Maria della Consolazione ospiterà un’ampia selezione di soli birrifici britannici. È un ritorno alle origini per Acido Acida\, i cui spazi saranno divisi in quattro aree “geografiche”: Londra\, Bristol\, Manchester e Yorkshire. I birrifici partecipanti saranno tantissimi: Arbor Ales\, Deya\, Moor\, Harbour Brewing Company\, Left Handed Giant Brewing Co.\, Verdant\, Wild Beer Co.\, Wiper and True\, Yonder Brewing & Blending\, Balance Brewing & Blending\, Buxton Brewery Company\, Beer Ink\, Cloudwater\, Magic Rock Brewing\, Marble Brewery\, Red Willow Brewery\, Track Brewing Co\, Wander Beyond Brewing\, Abbeydale Brewery\, Atom Beers\, Full Circle\, Neon Raptor Brewing Co.\, North Brewing Co\, Northern Monk\, Rooster’s Brewing Co\, Tartarus Beer\, The Wold Top Brewery\, Thornbridge Brewery\, Turning Point\, Vocation Brewery\, Anspach & Hobday\, Big Smoke Brew Co.\, Brew by Numbers\, Burning Sky\, Burnt Mill\, Deviant & Dandy Brewery\, Pastore Brewing & Blanding\, Signature Brew\, Siren\, The Kernel. E non finisce qui\, perché ci saranno altre tre zone tematiche: la bottaia Tales from the Wood con chicche e rarità\, la sidreria e zona Camra con 12 vie di birre che hanno fatto la storia brassicola inglese\, e Ferrara Craft Beer City dedicata alle produzioni del territorio.
