DESCRIPTION:Ogni due anni a Bra (CN) Slow Food organizza Cheese\, l’evento dedicato ai formaggi di tutto il mondo. Fortuna vuole che quest’anno – da oggi fino a lunedì 23 settembre – cada la nuova edizione\, nella quale\, come ormai tradizione\, la birra artigianale giocherà un ruolo di primo piano. I birrifici presenti saranno Beba\, Birra del Borgo\, Pasturana\, Turan\, Abbà\, Gilac\, Baladin\, Grado Plato\, Karma\, Olmaia\, Orso Verde\, La Superba\, Sorrento\, Svevo\, Troll\, Citabiunda\, Croce di Malto\, Birrificio del Forte\, Free Lions\, Giratempopub\, Have a Nice Trip\, Maneba\, Brewfist\, Nicese\, Parsifal\, San Gabriel. Non mancheranno gli stand di locali e distributori e quelli di birrifici industriali (Forst\, Pedavena). \nCome sempre nel programma dei laboratori del gusto non mancheranno quelli dedicati alla birra. Anche se tutti i posti sono esauriti\, gli argomenti toccheranno i pub indipendenti\, le birre “antiche” e l’incontro tra il sigaro (Toscano Originale)\, la birra (Montegioco) e le eccellenze gastronomiche.
