L’ospite sarà Schigi e il suo birrificio Extraomnes\, che spiegherò ai presenti i grandi classici della sua produzione – se così si possono definire visto la carta d’identità dell’azienda – e alcune rarità. Ci saranno Straff\, Donker\, Kerst Reserva 2012\, Zest solo per citare alcune birre. Il locale proporrà per l’occasione un menu studiato appositamente.
